Questions Before You Order

How quickly is the order processed?

Our domestic orders are typically processed within one business day. Orders placed Friday evening through Sunday evening will be processed Monday. International orders will take 3-5 business days for processing before shipment.

Is the item really in stock?

We update our database and website every 24 hours with the latest stocking information between our warehouse and suppliers. There are very rare occasions where an item may be lower in stock or sold via another means in which case we will promptly refund your order.

Do you test items?

Unfortunately due to our volume of products we do not offer item testing before shipment.

What shipping methods do you offer?

Depending on the item, we use USPS, UPS and FedEx. International orders will use UPS and USPS Express.

Will you combine all of my products into one shipment?

Your item(s) may come from several sources. Its possible that one order will contain one or more shipments, but you will still only pay for one shipping fee.

When will my item arrive?

Ground shipments generally take 4-6 business days. Expedited shipments will take 2-4 business days. International orders will take 6-12 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard,American Express, Echeck and Discover. We do NOT accept COD, Personal Checks, Cash or Purchase Orders.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes, we accept international orders from select countries. Our checkout area contains a list of all countries we allow shipping.

We use UPS and USPS Express for International Shipping.

Questions After You Order

How do I check the status of my order?

Click the “My Account” link in the upper right hand corner of your screen and login. There you will see a list of all of your orders and the status of each one.

Do you provide order tracking?

If a tracking# is assigned to your shipment, it will be displayed with your order in the My Account area.

When will I see an update in status in my order?

For domestic orders, you will generally see an update the next business day for packing and then shipment. International orders may take an additional 3-5 business days before they are shipped.

Do you provide technical support?

We do not offer technical support for the products we sell. Please contact the manufacturer.

Why is my order taking so long to arrive?

There may be a delay in the carrier shipment. Please use the tracking information we provide to you under “My Account” and then contact the carrier with the tracking# to determine the status of the shipment.

Return Policy

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns for full refund within 14 days of receipt. For a full refund you must provide all original packaging and accessories. Refunds may be refused if item is not returned with all accessories. After 14 days, you must contact the manufacturer for the manufacturer warranty.

If I return for a refund, when do I receive the refund?

We inspect all returns to ensure all original packaging and accessories were provided. This inspection will occur within 2 business days of receipt of the return merchandise. A refund will be issued at the time of inspection. If there is a problem with missing accessories or packaging you will be contacted from customer service. To ensure a prompt and timely refund, please return the item in the exact fashion it was received.

My item has a defect or needs repair. What do I do?

Within 14 days, you may contact us for an exchange or refund. After 14 days of receipt, you must contact the manufacturer for repair.

Can I cancel an order?

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped they cannot be canceled unless you refuse the package, in which case there will be a 20% restocking fee.
