Return Policies
Shipping fees will not be refunded or provided for any reason. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Products which are defective must be returned to the manufacturer directly for warranty service.
- uTek does not provide technical support. If you are having problems with your product, please contact the manufacturer.
- All returns must be received within 30 days of receipt for refund, credit, or exchange, and MUST include an RMA return slip.
- All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- uTek is not liable, and will not accept returns, for products damaged as a result of misuse.
- We do not offer item substitutions of any kind.
- Shipments that are refused without our prior authorization, or that are returned to us because of an invalid address, are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus all applicable shipping and handling fees.
Sending a return
Note:

- All returns MUST include an RMA return slip.
To create an RMA return slip:
1) Login to your account at www.utekpc.com/myaccount
2) Under 'My Orders' select 'Request Return (RMA)' next to the order from which you wish to return an item .
3) Fill out all details regarding the reason of the return and submit the request for an RMA.
4) Once you your RMA request has been approved and you receive an RMA number, pack the item(s) including original packaging, documentation and accessories that was with your product and ship them back to uTek.
5) All products must be returned in like-new condition. Returns must include all original UPC codes, serial numbers and bar codes to be eligible for refund.
